Adds a constraint to the predicate for DecimalProperty testing whether the value of the feature decimalValue is null or not.

thereExistsDecimalValue

ComparableTypePredicate<BigDecimal> thereExistsDecimalValue()

Adds a condition for the feature decimalValue to the predicate for DecimalProperty, which evaluates to false unless the value of the feature decimalValue satisfies the given condition.

Since the attribute is optional its value may be null, in which case the condition is not satisfied
