Adds a constraint to the predicate for ClassificationElement testing whether the value of the feature description is null or not.

thereExistsDescription

StringTypePredicate thereExistsDescription()

Adds a constraint for the feature description to the predicate. The predicate for ClassificationElement evaluates true if its value of feature description satisfies the selected condition.
